Groups ride together all week and share hotels each night. Join one, or start your own.

Subject to approval.You'll be the group leader, so your own registration drops to $50. Luis reviews new groups once a week and books your hotels when he approves you.

3 · The fine print, in plain English

We can say no

Luis and the group leaders approve every rider and every group, and can turn anyone down for any reason or no reason at all. Usually it's a machine we don't trust for 800 miles, riding skills we haven't seen yet, no rooms left, or plain old group chemistry. It's a long week in close quarters, so no hard feelings.

If you cancel, the rooms are on you

We guarantee every room at every hotel, so a cancellation lands on you. Work it out with each hotel where we've booked you. Some will charge for a room you never use. The easiest fix is a last-minute replacement who takes your spot, so tell your group leader early. These hotels have hosted us for decades. Please don't make us look bad.

What happens after you hit submit

  1. You get a confirmation email with everything you entered.
  2. Luis matches your Venmo or PayPal payment and confirms your group, usually within a few days.
  3. Your group leader emails your rider packet: your group, who's riding, and your hotel each night.
  4. Ride updates come by email from now until March.
