What we collect and who sees it
This site is run by volunteers for the UTMA Baja Norte ride. We collect only what we need to run the ride, and we never sell it.
When you register
The registration form sends your details to a private Google Sheet owned by the ride coordinator. That includes names, phone numbers, emails, shirt sizes, machines and emergency contacts. Only the coordinator and your own group leader can see your group's details. Notes for the leader are seen only by Luis and that leader.
We never publish rosters, phone numbers, or which hotel a group stays in each night.
Ride emails
If you join the ride email list or register, your name and email are stored in MailerLite so we can send ride updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Payments
Payments go through Venmo or PayPal. This site never sees or stores card or bank details.
Photos and stories
Photos and videos you share may appear in the public gallery under the display name you choose. We avoid close-ups of Service Day recipients and of children. To have something taken down, contact us and we'll remove it.
